CAN I TAKE ON AN ASSIGNMENT IF I GET UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT? Yes. You then have to declare this activity to the ASSEDIC. If it doesn't exceed 110 hours and 70% of your previous salary, you can receive complementary allowance for the month. If you exceed one of the two thresholds stated above, you will not receive any allowance for the month in question, but your rights will be carried over.
